<p>The development of axial-flux permanent-magnet (AFPM) machines has become a mature technology. The single-stator double-rotor (SSDR) AFPM structure advantages on the compactness and low up to medium power applications so microscale size low-cost are reachable be designed. research main objectives designing manufacturing lateral shifting from north poles first rotor face second (NN) south (NS) categories as well finding best performance proposed method implementing in cost micro-scale AFPMG. novel one rotors shows at 19.2<sup>0</sup> highest efficiency 88.39% during N–N (0<sup>0</sup>) N–S (36<sup>0</sup>) rotor<sub>2</sub>.</p>
